Exclusive Interview and Tricks with @NormanScooter from the @NaturalBalance Sports Team #Barkworld

Scooter dog Norman interview

While at Barkworld, we got an exclusive opportunity to interview Norman, the Scooter Dog, thanks to Natural Balance. We went through the questions asked and were able to get the answers for the majority of them. Norman and his mom, Karen, were even gracious enough to perform some tricks off the scooter to show us. Make sure you check it out in the video below.

Q: How do you keep you coat silky smooth?
A: 3 hrs of grooming each time

Q: Favorite Toy?
A: Rope and playing tug

Q: Favorite Treat?
A: Natural Balance turkey roll

Q: Who do you have a puppy crush on?
A: Rose the bulldog, I always try to find a seat next to her.

Q: How did you learn to ride a scooter? How long did it take?
A: It took 2 weeks to learn how to get on the scooter, almost a year for the whole process. The balance bike was a lot more challenging; that took 3 years.

Q: Why aren't you wearing a helmet?
A: Mom tried but my ears got stuck every time.

Q: How do you feel about other people dressing up their dogs? Fabulous or ridiculous?
A: I say as long as they're comfortable with it, go ahead!

Q: Favorite thing to do?
A: I love to herd sheep and anything to do with agility.

Q: Do you have a destination in mind when you get on your scooter? Where do you think you're going?
A: I try to go straight and just enjoy the ride.

Q: Who's your dream owner?
A: Um, my mom? She does feed and love me afterall. I'm not sure if anyone else would put up with grooming me for 3 hours straight all the time.

Thank you for being such a gentleman, Norman.

BabyPom and I first met Norman and Karen earlier this year at Blogpaws. I was very excited to see a new addition to their family, Zsa Zsa, this time. A little fluffy thing that's not even 3 lbs! Curious? Watch my video...Norman and Karen were sweet and performed some of his tricks just for us. The area inside was a bit cramped so we couldn't get the scooter performance but who knew Norman had such a resume of tricks! Plus, see a bonus clip of Zsa Zsa, who seems to be as talented as Norman.

That is the cutest thing ever! I love Norman and all his tricks (the boxing trick was so funny). We currently have a new puppy that is hyper and wild...I can only dream of training her as well as Norman, LOL! Very fun video, thanks for sharing.
