Hello Abs with Zumba fitness Core for the #Nintendo #Wii #holidaygiftguide

Christmas Gift Ideas 2012
I'm a strange one, alright. My friends always find it amusing that I want a defined six pack. Well, I'm not saying I want it to be like a guy's six pack but I would love it toned. I already have a bit of definition but I can't seem to get where I want to. Maybe Zumba can help? I heard about Zumba a while back but never got the time to try it but I finally got my hands on the newest Zumba fitness game, Zumba fitness Core, out for the Wii and Kinect. Mwahaha, hello abs, here I come!
how to get abs
The box comes with a Zumba fitness belt so that you can dance hands-free if you choose to. Just slip the remote into the belt. It only comes with one belt though. Being a multiplayer (up to 4 players) game, additional belts ($9.99ea) can be purchased separately or just swing your remote to the beat.

Recommended for everyone 10+, I'm not sure if I really agree. It's just a bit of dancing and core workout. Everyone could use a bit of fun exercise. It may be the characters that need a bit more of conservative clothing so that the little ones don't grow up thinking it's normal to dress like that for a workout.

The game features 40 songs and over 30 different Zumba styles including Salsa, Bollywood, Reggaton, Cumbia, Brazilian, African, Disco, Jive, and so on. This was kind of exciting for me. It's easy to switch things up. I also LOVE how it works the core. That's my absolute favorite zone to work out...I love feeling the burn and that's exactly what this game did. I'll be play this one again and hopefully a few months down the road, my dream abs will have developed.

If I want to get serious though, there's the option to set up fitness goals and customize my workouts. How fun! It'd be an awesome gift for the fitness loving gamer this holiday season...or a way to get them off their feet and moving!

Buy It: Shop online or in stores for Zumba fitness Core for the Wii or Kinect. Originally $39.99. Get it on Amazon for less.

This is one of my faves! I'm sure I look ridiculous doing it, but it's fun and so incredibly intense!
