#ChickenSoup for the Soul: Stay at Home Moms #Review #SAHM

Chicken Soup
Happy Mother's Day! This month's featured Chicken Soup for the Soul book is Stay at Home Moms, which echos with many of my readers and is a great follow up to last month's Mother's and Daughters post. It features 101 Inspirational stories for Moms about hard work and happy families. It was originally published as Power Moms but is the same book, just with a new cover and title.
Stay at home moms
I'm sure you already know by now that I'm not a stay-at-home mom. However, I will say that this book is a good one to read after last month's Chicken Soup book. My mother and grandmothers were also never stay-at-home moms but I know a lot of my readers and blogger friends are. This really opened my eyes to that niche. I, in particular, enjoyed reading "Super Mommy". Motherhood truly is a full-time job. Although we have 2 dogs but no kids yet, the SO is already calling me super mommy! Oh boy, what happens when we do have kids? LOL, I know I won't be a stay-at-home mom, but I know this book will give me some chuckles and help to relieve some stress when that time comes.

I like that there are a variety of tales for even the non SAHM to identify with. Being any kind of guardian is HARD WORK, and we could all use a little inspiration now and then.

I received this one to review too and I am excited to read it as I AM a SAHM. It's funny you'd think it was SAHM week or something as I received another book to review about SAHM as well at the same time.
