When fashion fits properly, it always looks the best. Did you know that you can appear to look a few pounds heavier when you wear a size too small? We all have different body shapes and sizes and well, we never fit into a particular size. For example, I have troubles fitting into jeans. If they fit my hips, they don't fit my waist. There's nothing to worse to the end of my day than a lot of shoulder pain. I tend to carry heavy bags and groceries on my right shoulder. Simply put, it's no surprise that my shoulder initially starts to ache but then eventually, the pain lingers and stays. It becomes that annoying pain that bothers me on and off even when I'm not carrying anything. Unfortunately, it's not the only pain that plagues me. I also have lower back pain and have had it for years. I don't think I ever did anything to cause it but it can drive me crazy.

Did you know exercise is a great way to calm a hyper dog? If you've ever watched Cesar Milan, he's a huge fan of getting the dogs to swim and then training them afterwards. I think it's a fantastic idea getting the pups active and tiring them out so that they'll focus more on training. It's good for their health and body. JR is scared of the water so we'll work on her eventually, however BabyPom has energy like no other. He can go for an hour long walk and still have crazy energy. Swimming may just be the best solution for him. Of course, we aren't just going to toss him in the water! This is where the Kurgo Surf n Turf Coat comes in.

Cooking can be a joyous and enjoyable experience when the prep work doesn't take hours on end. I have recently discovered a fantastic tool for cooks and health buffs everywhere. Typically I hate peeling things, period. Partly it's because the strips always get stuck, it takes forever, my peelers rust, etc. It drives me crazy! To be honest, it is why I very very rarely buy carrots. Slowly peeling things isn't my thing. With a chill in the air these days, how are you staying warm? Well, if you're in the south, I'm not sure if I even want to talk to you since you still have the beautiful sun and gorgeous shorts/skirts/dress weather. Traveling is one of my favorite things to do but it can always be stressful. How wary are you of pickpockets? The world is rampant with them but I am especially wary when traveling to Europe.

I was once traveling with my husband's elderly grandfather and he had his wallet lifted off of him on the metro at the very beginning of the trip. He was devastated. His excitement for the trip quickly dampened and now he had no spending money for the trip. It really ruined his mood for the rest of vacation. He held back from any purchases as he felt he already lost the money despite us offering to buy it for him.
