Fashionistas, it's that time of the year again. This year has flown by fast! Who would've thought we'd be in October and merely days away from Fall Fashionista already. Our sponsor this year is one of our return favorites, Scottevest but there's a catch. We're doing men's fashion this year to change things up a bit! If you haven't heard of Scottevest, it's about time you did now. I present to you the Fleece 7.0.

Scottevest is well known for their versatility, function, and fashionable styles that I love travelling with, but we had never taken a look at their men's line before. My husband was adamant on the Alpha jacket but unfortunately, that style is always so popular that it is perpetually sold out at all times!

The Fleece 7.0 features a design that was 5 years in the making and 23 separate pockets. Being a Scottevest fan, I was having fun exploring and finding all of the pockets! The versatility of the zippered removable sleeves makes it a great fall option since you can switch back and forth from a jacket to vest. They've even created a back lumbar pocket with access from both sides where you can stash the sleeves when worn as a vest, which is an option I didn't have in my Kelly jacket.

Although there's already a chest cell pocket, there's another "Quick Draw Pocket" that allows for touchscreen access through the Clear Touch fabric. They've even upgraded iPad/tablet pocket for extra security and better ergonomics.

The jacket itself is made of a microfleece and has an anti-pilling treatment applied which is a plus. The texture of the jacket is super soft and nicely layered in the front due to the pockets. That made me a bit concerned regarding the warmth in the back but the hubby says with the sleeves on, it was fairly warm in the 2-10 degrees Celsius (35-50 degrees Farenheit) temperatures we've been having here lately.

We loved the limited zippers on the exterior design; it made for a sleeker appearance. The hubby didn't quite like the gray-colored piping on the arms because it made appear more vest-like than it did a jacket.

Many of the pockets were a 2-in-1 pocket, meaning there was a hidden pocket within a pocket. For example, the quick draw pocket access is from the exterior, which took us awhile to discover. There was no access or opening on the inside. Turns out there was a magnetic closure/separation in the exterior pocket which was pretty neat. Not only does it protect your electronics but it's got easy access from the exterior.

The multitude of pockets gives us a piece of mind that he can keep his valuables safe and protected. Scottevest impresses with their Fleece 7.0 and keeps up with their usual travel-friendly, comfortable, versatile and fashion friendly pieces. Another great addition to any man's wardrobe!
