#WreckItRalph Smashes into my heart with the Ultimate Collector's Edition #Disney #movies

#WreckItRalph review
Bwahaha, with those clumsy, oversized, 8 bit hands, #WreckItRalph has managed to smash his way into my heart again. And implant "Sugar Rush, Sugar Rush" in a perpetual cycle in my head. I received my Ultimate Collector's Edition the other day and it's a magical collection that features the 3D Blu-Ray, Blu-ray, DVD, and digital copy all-in-one!

This was my 3rd and 4th time watching it. LOL, 3D once and then the digital copy on the road once! It never fails to amaze. Again, I was in awe with the graphics, the animation. Knowing the details of what created the scenes and the ideas behind the whole movie made me appreciate it even more. I was proud to be describing and spreading the Disney knowledge to my family as I made my parents, who are in the generation that believe animation is cartoons for kids, watch and listen to my explanations. Even they were impressed at the quality of animation and the story behind the movie. They actually said to me that it was impressive that Disney made animated movies now for people of all ages to enjoy.

It's an amazing movie in 2D but in 3D, it just brings that gaming 2 dimensional world to life! The fact that it appeals to all age groups may be due the encompassment of video games from all generations and even if you aren't a gamer, the storyline is there.

My favorite part of this combo package may just lie in the bonus features. Not only do you learn about the makings of Wreck-It Ralph but you also get to experience, the beautiful, Academy Award-winning short, Paperman. This mind numbing, spellbinding black and white short is a beautiful thing of sorts that combined traditional line drawings with CG graphics.

I am proud to have been on the #DisneyMoviesEvent where I actually met and spoke to the director, producer, and animators who are all in this Sugar Rush clip! Watch and learn the original inspiration behind Sugar Rush - the architecture of Antoni Gaudi and concept models of the game's landscape were made out of actual candy and cookies! I even saw the candy model in real life!
I love learning all the behind the scenes info and the amount of work that goes into creating each of these beautifully scripted worlds. This clip shows the creation the 8 Bit World and the other worlds inside Wreck-It Ralph.
And...one of my favorite scenes! Bad-Anon, like Alcoholics Anonymous but Bad Guys Anonymous, get it? It doesn't have my favorite close out part though so you'll have to watch the movie for that!
Game Central Station is another cleverly crafted world. Did you ever notice that the entrances were like your typical wall sockets but on the other side?
Lickety-Split, ah...Vanellope's gorgeous hand-made go-cart! Go pedal power!
The digital versions are already available but you may just want to add this one to your DVD library on March 5th!
