Mmm...Buffalo Chicken Crescents #Recipes with #Publix & #Sweepstakes US 07/06 #MyBlogSpark

I'm busy every day...I work, I deal with errands, I come home and blog and before I know it, it's 2-3 in the morning and I need to get up at 6AM. Talk about busy, right? Well, this week has been no different, just a minor modification because I'm visiting family and heading to BlogPaws! Meaning I need to have a week's worth of posts in advance. Huh? You mean you can do that? It's tough enough keeping on top of things but to be ahead? LOL, well, what gets cut out is my meals. Yes, I'm terrible at this. In the past, when I was working on something, I'd lose all sense of time and hunger and work until I finished. Then I'd binge... likely on crap food. Are you like this too? This is where Publix would like to step in and help you and me out.
Publix
Publix realizes that the best meals happen at home, so they want to help you eat healthy without the added stress or time of preparing in the kitchen. IN celebration of this, they are having a "Best Meals Happen at Home" event. Starting June 21st, there will be in-store for coupons that will be valid until July 11th, 2012.

Visit them during Jun 21-27 to find great savings on products. You can also check them out online to find 30 minutes or less recipes that also taste great! You can also sign up for their email list while online to receive weekly recipes and coupon offers that can help you save up to $200 this year.

One of the online featured online recipes utilizes Pillsbury ® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls to make Buffalo Chicken Crescents. This sounds amazing! I need to try it out next time and show you pictures!
Total time: 30 min (Prep time: 10 Min)
Makes: 4 sandwiches
-Ingredients:
2 cans (4 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent rolls
1 cup shredded cooked chicken
2 tablespoons chopped celery
1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
3 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese

-Directions:
1) Separate or cut dough into 4 long rectangles, press perforations to seal. Place rectangles on ungreased cookie sheet.
2) Mix chicken, celery and sauce in a bowl.
3) Spoon mixture on half of each rectangle; sprinkle with blue cheese. Fold dough over filling; press edges with fork to seal.
4) Bake at 375°F 13 to 16 minutes.

We don't have much time to cook during weekdays so we do freezer cooking on weekends.

My life isn't busy at all, I have no children at home so I can make any recipe on any day. All my meal plans are usually kept on schedule.

My life isn't THAT busy but, my fiance' works some crazy hours so, he's usually either not hungry , starving or just wants something quick & simple. He has "Foodie Moody Swings". So, I have to try to make something at the last minute & that will satisfy his mood swings.
I make a Roast Beef w/gravy slices & use a hamburger bun opened & laying side by side on a plate, put mashed potatoes (instant) on the buns, then roast beef slices & the gravy.
This meal fills you up...even the big men!!!

Now that it's just Hubz and me at home,my life is much less busy. My challenge at dinner time is accommodating Hubz schedule. Sometimes he is early or late and I am rushing around to get dinner. Now, when I have the grands it's a whole different story...

I'm actively looking online and in the library for good/healthy toddler recipes that are quick and easy. My son would eat a variety of things at daycare, but now that I'm home, he doesn't want to all those other things, so it makes it difficult!
