One Doggone Minute to Win It in #K9Kamp Wk 3

K9 Kamp
Week 3's challenge was Just One Doggone Minute to Win It. I'm amazed we've already been though 3 weeks already. How fast is time going by? And what exactly does this past week's challenge mean? First of all, I love the name just because Minute to Win It is such a fun show. I totally want to play on it! However, how does this involve my two babies? The goal of this week was to try and fit in some fitness when you only have a minute or two and to try and get 10 minutes total a day in. Sounds easy, right? You probably wouldn't even realize you were spending several minutes playing with your pets and before you know it, 5 minutes would've gone by. Well, I'll have to let the babies tell you about their week.

JR/Baby Pom: Grrr...Mommy was super busy this week. There were a lot of big announcements and projects going on so we were lucky we even got to go out and run this week. Mommy's going to be the Blogpaws Attendee Repawter! So, she's been busy setting that up and trying to meet new friends who she'll have to interview and talk to. What about us, you ask? Well, we'd love to go too but only one of us can go if we do go. We're not even sure if that's possible yet. We were even hoping to be able to meet some of our fellow K9 Kampers too! So, Mommy better bring us back lots of toys!

Mommy: Babies, what about this week's challenge?

JR/Baby Pom: Oh ya, so we did a lot of random tug of wars this week. Mom's a pretty strong lady so she wins all the time. Haha...But our favorite part though, is when we wrestle on the bed. Daddy joins in too and we play fight. Time goes by so quickly that I'm sure we got in more than the 10 minutes a day if we really wanted to add things up. Then, there's our usual running back and forth in the hallways and jumping up and down the bed. There really is a lot of easy ways to expend our energy in a little chunks of time.

What kind of mini exercises did you guys come up with? Come back next week to see how we did on week 4's challenge!

Paws out,
JR and Baby Pom

Running around and playing with mom and dad is the best! I'm glad you had a fun Week 3!

Sounds like you all had a lot of fun! I didn't think about wrestling with Riley, although, I'm sure she would win!

Wrestling! OMD< we didn't even think to include time spent wrestling! Between having a new puppy in the house and Koly's regular "Dad's home/let's wrestle" tussling, he must have gotten his 10 minutes in that alone!

We're so excited to meet so many kampers at BlogPaws - we simply MUST get together for drinks & a photo op!
