#ChickenSoup for the Soul: Say Goodbye to Stress #Review

Chicken Soup
I think I've found the most applicable Chicken Soup for the Soul book to date! It's the Say Goodbye to Stress book. When it first arrived, I was shock, it was so much smaller than the regular Chicken Soup books. It features stories about people learning how to manage their stress and psychologist Jeff Brown's advice.
Goodbye to Stress
Saying I'm stressed is the understatement of the year. My stress is beyond leaps and bounds. It's off the charts. I have too much on my plate, much too much going on because I can't say "no". Feeling overwhelmed by this stress, I started to read Chapter 1. I found I was very much like the first story. I did everything. I also fit into the poor time management category because I do everything for the blog. I don't turn down opportunities. But, it's not the only thing I do. I have real life to deal with too and that normally would already take up all my time. I was also multi-tasking like crazy. I had tabs open everywhere, 6 different programs running at once and I'd flip back and forth. At the end of the day, I had accomplished/finished nothing. Then I'd be frustrated at the little work I had done. So, what do I do?

The day I started reading the book. I realized, "Oh no, what am I doing to myself?!" The day after, I decided to attack one thing at a time and I actually got work done. Haha, but as you know, change takes time and I am having decreasing the multi-tasking monster that I am. However, I am slowly trying to improve, decrease the stress and the negative health ramifications that come along with stressing myself out too much. It's a good read and may help you work on your stress too.
