Simple Salsa #DeviledEggs with a Fiery Twist #Appetizer #Recipe, fresh from @LandOLakesKtchn #Eggs #MyBlogSpark

I love eggs and so does the SO. In fact, I always have to remind him about the maximum of 2 eggs per day because the moment I turn my back, he's grabbed himself a 3rd egg and is reaching for the 4th! I was sent this amazing pack from LAND O LAKES in celebration of spring and the numerous, easy recipes that use their Farm-Fresh All-Natural Eggs. This bite-sized egg dish I'm about to share is simple and a great way to serve your guests.
Simple Deviled Eggs Recipe
About LAND O LAKES All-Natural Farm Fresh Eggs:
The hens’ vegetarian diet consists primarily of whole ground corn and soybean meal, with no added hormones, antibiotics, animal fats or animal by-products
Eggs are gathered at the peak of the hens’ egg-laying cycles, which can make the eggs more delicious and nutritious
I recreated Salsa Deviled Eggs to suit the SO's tastes, which involves giving it a fiery kick.

Salsa Deviled Eggs with a Fiery Twist (Serves: 12, Prep Time 30 min, Total time 8hr 30min)
Ingredients:
A) Egg
-6 Land O Lakes® All-Natural Eggs, hard-cooked
-3 tablespoons fresh salsa or chunky salsa (Take your pick of Mild, Moderate or Spicy)
-1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
-1 tsp Mustard Powder
-1 tsp Chili Powder
-1 small Jalapeno Pepper
B) Topping
-Refrigerated fresh salsa
-Chili Powder

Instructions:
1) Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove egg yolks; place into small bowl.
2) Mash yolks with fork until smooth.
3) Stir in 3 tablespoons salsa, 1 tsp Chili Powder, 1 tsp Mustard Powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and the Jalapeno Pepper (diced). Mix evenly.
4) Spoon egg yolk mixture evenly into each egg white shell.
5) Top each egg with about 1/2 teaspoon salsa if desired. I just sprinkled a bit of Chili Powder.
6) Cover, refrigerate up to 8 hours.

I can't stand anything with boiled eggs in it. I love them cooked any other way, just not boiled. Having said that I can see me making these this weekend. My husband and son will love them. :)
