#Nutrisystem #Womens Week 29 Results, #Mens Week 21 Results #NSNation #weightloss #health #diet

It's already another week and now #BlogHer is coming up in a few short days. Wow! I said we'd be doing our best, well I'd be doing my best during week 29 so that I could try to look decent at BlogHer this week. So here we are at the end of the week with the SO is also finishing up week 21 of his Nutrisystem program. We were pretty good at sticking to the Nutri now that we're back and we did dine out a few times being that it's Restaurant Week!

Looks like it'll take a little time to get more off but we're working on it. We run the dogs and with the heat in NYC right now, it's hard not to sweat! Haha, so it's slow but it is work in progress! Since I'll be travelling daily to the conference, that'll be good exercise too.
