#Nutrisystem #Womens Week 25 Results, #Mens Week 17 Results #NSNation #weightloss #health #diet

It's already summer, can you believe it? I've been doing a bunch of swimsuit reviews. LOL, talk about initiative to sticking to my diet. Haha! I'm already at week #25 of my Nutrisystem program and the SO has just finished his 17th week. How do you think we did this week?

It's been hot back home so I've been wearing a lot of tanks and short shorts. That meant I had to stare at myself a lot and be more aware of what I put in my mouth because the consequences would be quite visible. That acted as a fairly good control of what I ate. I also stuck with my Nutrisystem when I could and even when I didn't, I'd grab the 100 calorie Pretzels to snack on. I'll admit, I did eat out several times but I stopped when I was full. Most of the time, that meant I had half of my meal left...*cheers* I did have a couple meals where I couldn't resist and kind of scarfed it all done. Oops but I'm trying and you have to learn to forgive your mistakes here and there if you want to make real progress. :)

The SO has been pretty active lately and I think that's contributing to his weight loss and he's been sticking to eating his Nutrisystem so he gets a pat on the back!

Those small drops in weight should be much easier to keep off in the long run. Although, I admit to being impatient with my own weight loss.
