#Nutrisystem #Womens Week 28 Results, #Mens Week 20 Results #NSNation #weightloss #health #diet

Before I knew it, we'd arrived at week #28 of my Nutrisystem program and week #20 for the SO. I knew that between the family feasts and trying to balance our weight loss was going to be tough. It was especially tough last night because the SO's grandparents guilt tripped us into eating a lot more than we normally would. They showered us with love and you just can't say no to two cuddly old folk, right?

So, yes, I gained weight...and so did the SO but now that we're back, I'm confident it'll start coming off again. The important thing to remember is, we can slip up but get back up and keep going! I still have a goal to reach and now that I'm back and BlogHer's coming up, I need to jump on it. I admit, I'm actually not too upset with the weight gain. It could've been a lot worse!

You're doing an amazing job. I think to gain a pound during the summer with so much going on isn't unreasonable at all. You go girl!
