#Nutrisystem #Womens Week 26 Results, #Mens Week 18 Results #NSNation #weightloss #health #diet

My stress levels have been off the charts this week because there was a slight emergency over the last several stays. I worry easily and essentially, when I'm stressed, I do one of two things...I either don't eat or I binge. Ya, neither is good and I should know better. This week marks week #26 of my Nutrisystem program and the SO's 18th week.

So, this week, I didn't really binge or starve myself from the stress. I tried to eat little, small amounts before I had to run back and forth again. Which is pretty good, considering everything that was going on, right? I do have a weakness though and that's ice-cream! It's been ridiculously hot today and I'll admit, I've already had 2 ice-cream bars today. Haha, now, I couldn't bring my Nutri bars with me on my trip but I am substituting some 70 calories ones instead. Overall, I'm at one of those plateaus again...not going down but not going up either!

Looks like we're staying steady here too. But, we've all heard slow and steady wins the race so the SO and I just have to keep up what we've been doing so far!
