I'd like to think I have pretty good skin. I wash it daily, moisturize it and take good care of it. However, the nights and long days at work really put a strain on my skin. Blackheads, dirt, and gunk just build up and acne breaks out. Stress is a nasty thing for us, inside and out. There are various tips for beautiful and youthful skin, however cleansing is an ever important part of winning the game.

For me, I get the most blackhead and acne, bumps and lumps on my T-zone, my forehead and in particular, my nose. It drives me up the wall. There's nothing like staring at that massive bump on your nose. I was hopeful that the cleaning system would rid me of my troubles. The Beauté La Royale kit comes with the machine that requires 4AA batteries to operate (not included), a multitude of brushes (facial brush, large body brush, serum and moisturizer applicator sponge, and a pumice stone), and a gorgeous blue chevron travel or storage bag.

It is ergonomically easy to use. All you have to do is attach the appropriate head and hit the button. Then gently move the brush across your face or body in gentle circular motions. There is no need to press down or use any pressure, just allow the brush or sponge to glide across the skin letting yourself settle into the massage.
My favourite brushes to use so far include the body brush, face brush and serum/moisturizer sponge. The body and face brush gently exfoliate and helps increase moisturizer absorption. My skin got really shiny after the initial exfoliation but I definitely noticed less blemishes and blackheads. I love love love the serum/moisturizer sponge for my serum and face creams. Though I recommend dotting the serum or cream on your face first prior to using the machine. Too much cream/lotion on the sponge will just go flying off when you turn it on. Of course, it makes showers a tad longer than they used to be but it's a daily treat in the form of a massage!
