A fun way to pack lunch with #Rubbermaid #LunchBlox #Review

Rubbermaid

Rubbermaid is quite clever. In fact, they now have the Rubbermaid LunchBlox Sandwich kit that helps you to save space and keep organized. I would even venture to say that it'd be great for back to school or even for office workers who pack their own lunches. It's colorful, cute and fun...so suitable for me!
The LunchBlox Sandwich kit features:
-modular containers that snap together to save space in your lunch bag
-a Blue Ice™ pack that snaps in between the layers of containers or at the bottom to keep your food chilled
-allow for portioning of various foods
-Microwave-, dishwasher- and freezer-safe
-BPA-free
-includes a sandwich container sized for regular and specialty breads, two snack containers and a side container

I love the idea. You can perfectly proportion your foods and pack a sandwich, fruits and veggies and possibly even a dessert in these containers. It's a way to sneak in some healthy food into your kid's lunchboxes and make it fun too with the stackable blox concept. I played around with the components and they snap well together except for the 2 smaller snack containers. I found those kept falling off, which was a slight annoyance. I feel those could be attached a bit better. The ice back idea is great, it'll help keep foods fresh but I'd love to know how long the ice block helps keep food cold for. The other thing I love is the bright, vibrant colors, which appeal to adults and kids alike. I should mention that although, it's a "sandwich kit", I don't always eat sandwiches but still feel that you could bring other types of lunches in it. It's definitely big enough to bring some leftover pasta or turkey. The box is microwavable so you don't have to limit yourself to just sandwiches. Overall, I find this to be quite the useful product, you can stack as much or as little of the blox on. You can also purchase additional blox to make a tower for when you go on picnics or family outings! How do you keep your meals healthy?

I love my Lunchblox. My favorite part is how it all clicks together so it stays in one piece in your lunch box!

I like my Lunchblox. My favorite is the blue ice in the middle. I just wish it was a little bigger.
