I can wear my #Yoga Mat? #YogaPaws

Yoga has always been an goal in my life. I'm into a lot of different health and fitness ideas and overall, I just want to get into shape. Most my buddies have heard me say, I want a six-pack. Yes, I want to be defined. ;) It's taking me forever to get there though and yoga has always been one of those steps I wanted to take. It's something I do on and off so sadly, I still consider myself a beginner. I have all the gear though. I love the clothing, I love the mats but I have to admit, it's hard to keep it up because I'm too lazy to drag the mats out every time. This is where YogaPaws comes in.
Elite YogaPaws
I was sent a set of Elite YogaPaws for review. They essentially serve as your own personal yoga mat but in the form of "paws" for your hands and feet. They feature external seams, moisture-absorbent lining, wrist support, easy management, extra durability & grip and a compact size. I tested it out in various Yoga positions and found at first, I really didn't like how the elastic that divides the fingers felt. It was uncomfortable and dug into my interdigital spaces. However, I quickly stopped noticing it. I was working out on hardwood floors, so as you can imagine, they can be quite slippery. In fact, my dogs sometimes slip on the surfaces as they run across the floor. YogaPaws did well to hold me in place. I also felt my palms and feet sweating and felt that the YogaPaws did some absorbing of my sweat to an extent. However, when I took them off, there was still a slight dampness to my hands so I wouldn't say that it keeps you 100% dry.
Elite YogaPaws Review
They are easy to clean, however, just flip them inside out, dump them in the wash and hang dry. I also love how they're these tiny little things weighing 5oz, so much lighter and much more portable than a yoga mat. I think this gives me more incentive to keep up with yoga and to bring YogaPaws with me when I travel. LOL, I definitely need more practice though. Overall, YogaPaws are a pretty good product. They are suited for yoga people of all levels and as you can see from my picture, it seems like Baby Pom wants some too. They'd be better for his grip on my floors than his paws!

I have been a yoga beginner for many years. Every once in a while I convince myself to start doing it again. I really wish I would just stick with it for a while. lol These look pretty handy!

Pretty cool product. Same with me that I get lazy in pulling out the mat. LOL

That is cool! I had no idea something like this existed. My husband wants us both to do yoga together when my dr ok's me to go back to exercising. These could really help

Now that's a cool idea! But... what will all those suburban housewives do to carry around making people think their all 'fitnessy'...?? :)
Good luck Cin... keep at it!!

I love my Yoga Paws! They help beginners and advanced to the poses without all the gear to carry and helping you not to sleep around. I carry mine in my purse everywhere!
