Great holiday gift ideas from Whirlwind of Surprises

Home safety is something that everyone worries about. When we travel or work, what happens at home? What if someone breaks in? What if you just want to make sure your place is safe and sound or that the kids are safe? In my case, we live in a place where the "maintenance" people come in at times to change the filter or check the alarms, whether we're home or not. That itself drives me crazy because I don't know what else they could be doing when I'm not at home supervising. We also have two four pawed family members that I always worry about when we're not at home. What kind of troubles do they get into? For all these reasons and more, a good home security system is a must. When it comes to security systems, there are many choices and varying price ranges. How do you choose?

This is going to sound disgusting...but since I moved into my new place, I have not had a vacuum cleaner. Luckily, most of my place consists of non-carpeted flooring, which means I can sweep and mop but it still takes quite a bit of effort. Unluckily, like 75% of other US homes, we have a combination of carpets and hard floors. Without a vacuum cleaner, my carpeted rooms were subjected to a life of neglect. Frankly speaking, they had not been vacuumed for months. Remember I also have two troublemaking, insanely shedding furbabies that didn't make the cause any easier. Short version...we were living in filth and layers of fur until very recently.

Holiday Choices and Great @BestBuy Coupons #BestBuyWOLF @BestBuyWOLF #bbyHoliday13 #ad #holidaygiftguide

Some of my favorite fashion tech items come from Best Buy including my Frends Headphones and my Misfit Shine. So it's no wonder I think Best Buy is a great fit for my Holiday Gift Guide. It offers huge selections of technology and appliances for all your gifting needs this holiday.

Best Buy Mobile Specialty Stores + Zact together for the better #tech #BestBuyWolf

These days, who still has a landline? I know I don't, I've transitioned everything to just having a cell phone. However, it's still not a great price. Sure, I have the family plan discounts but it's still a hefty bill each month.

Styling with Best Buy & #Shine -a #health & #fitness #holidaygiftguide item #BestBuyWOLF

This next holiday gift guide item appeals to a wide genre of fashion and fitness lovers. Misfit has come out with a new elegant wearable tracker called Shine. Shine functions as an activity monitor that tracks sports (swimming, biking, tennis, and more), sleep, calories, distance, and steps. Misfit hopes that this fashionable accessory will empower people to take their personal health into their own hands.

The ultimate music to my ears from the Best Buy Mobile Store -#Fashion forward #tech #accessories

For years now, I've used my typical earbuds with the frustration that they broke all the time and that I needed to update with a proper set of headphones. I was never able to find a pair that I truly liked. I am so glad I didn't until now.

Striiving to maintain my 2013 #fitness resolutions #MillionSteps #BestBuy

I've tested out a few pedometers in my day and I usually get sick of items once they become somewhat tedious...which is why I always have a hard time maintaining my New Year's resolutions. Every year, there's a couple that are at the top of the list. Every year, I fail. LOL, one of them is definitely fitness and weight loss. With the dogs, it helps a little since that guarantees several walks a day but I think I've found myself a little extra incentive.

#BestBuy #PMD Home #Microderm Abrasion #Beauty #Review

I've learnt at a young age that you have to take care of your skin through creams, lotions, toners, and occasional exfoliation. When I had time, I would sometimes go for facial with my mother and enjoy myself. However, I've never attempted any at home microderms. I was up for the challenge though when the opportunity arose to review a PMD Home Microderm Abrasion Device.

#BestBuy #Rocketfish #Acessories #Review for #iPad2

So, it seems like everyone has an iPad these days, even my 3 year old nephew... I know, lucky kid, right? How does everyone decide on which accessories to buy? I've recently had an opportunity to review some iPad accessory products by Rocketfish, and they couldn't have come at a better time. I actually let my nephew or rather, his parents, test these products out. We were sent two items for review: the Rocketfish Car Mount and Advanced Series Stand.
