#ChickenSoup for the Soul: Say Goodbye to #BackPain #Review

Chicken Soup
I have chronic back pain. I don't even remember when it started and when it hurts, it really hurts. Sometimes I wonder if I hurt it lifting things the wrong way...sometimes I wonder what did I ever do to deserve such pain. I was happy to open this month's envelope and see Chicken Soup's Say Goodbye to Back Pain book and hopeful that maybe, I could just find some relief from the pain that plaques me.
Say Goodbye to Back Pain
This book covers stories and tips from people who have learnt how to deal with the back and neck pain...I also have neck pain. *Sigh* Really, I'm healthy otherwise but where on earth did I develop all these aches and pains?! The book is also supplemented tips from Dr. Julie Silver, MD. She is a PM&R (physical medicine and rehab) doctor, assistant professor at Harvard Medical School, award-winning author, and Chief Editor of Books at Harvard Health Publications. In the book, I found tips on how I could cope, strengthening exercises and more. LOL, while I'm thankfully not in a period of back or neck pain at the moment, I think I'll give these exercises and tips a try the next time pain crops up. Do you suffer from back or neck pain?

I need to read this, I have horrible lower back pain. I was just dx'ed with two herniated disks and arthritis. I'm only 37, how did I get arthritis already? Thanks for sharing!
