#Dannon #Danimals #RallyforRecess #Giveaway US/CAN 10/01

Recess is awesome and an important part of a healthy childhood lifestyle. To show our support for Rally for Recess, WOS is holding a giveaway, prize courtesy of Dannon. Eat healthy, play healthy and prevent obesity. I'm sure you've all heard it before. Obesity only causes life long medical problems and with the increase in childhood obesity, our children face a bigger problem than we have in the past. For more information, visit: RallyforRecess.com. Check out our Dannon post here.

Dannon has offered one WOS reader the chance to win a branded soccer ball and carry bag. Get your kids active with a little fun and help from Dannon!

I am making use of Rafflecopter, a new beta software, for this giveaway so please enter on the Rafflecopter form below. If you encounter any problems or have any comments about this new method of entry, please leave a comment below. If the form will not let you add your daily tweet, please fill out mandatory entry again with DO NOT COUNT in the extra info box. It will then let you complete the daily tweet.

Disclaimer: The prize is provided by Dannon for the purposes of this giveaway. No form of compensation was received for this post. Opinions expressed belong to Whirlwind of Surprises and are NOT influenced in any way. Please view my full disclosure.

My daughter stays healthy and active, by riding her bicycle up and down the block, back and forth, back and forth. She loves it! She also plays on the playground at school!

I keep my son active by taking long walks (we leave stroller at home now!), bicycle rides, swimming, eating healthy, and playground almost every day.
