TheraBreath Multi Symptom Probiotics Review and Lozenges Giveaway

I recently did a review on TheraBreath toothpaste, rinse as well as some lozenges and I really loved their products. You can check out that review and a giveaway here. This time around, I am reviewing TheraBreath Multi Symptom Probiotics ($28).  As I said in my last post, I had bad breath because of chronic sinusitis and recently, I was feeling sick again and that bad breath started coming back, which is why I did the first review. Now, with the probiotics system, it is supposed to be prophylatic or preventative against bad breath. To put it simply, they contain a lot of good bacteria if you will, that fight against germs that colonize inside your mouth. In effect, it is supposed to help the body defend itself against cavities, bad breath, plaque formation, sensitive teeth, biofilm formation, gum problems, tooth stains, sore throats as well as ear aches

It is a relatively simple system which comes with toothpaste and 9 sticks of BLIS Probiotic Treatment. Each stick contains over 1 billion colony forming units of probiotic bacteria. You brush your teeth with their toothpaste and then rinse with the treatment by mixing one stick with two mouthfuls of water. You rinse with the first mouthful for a minute and then gargle with the second mouthful for another 30 seconds. The regimen includes using 2 sticks on day 1, one in the morning and one at night; 1 stick on days 2-6 and then repeat the 2 sticks on day 7. It is meant to be used for 7 consecutive days every 6-8 weeks, which may be a bit hard to adhere to after the first trial.

Being probiotics, its hard for me to tell whether it had effect or not because well, its supposed to prevent me from developing gum problems, tooth stains, sore throats, and so on. All of these take time to develop and I wouldn't know if I developed less because of the probiotics or if it was my good old immune system putting up a good fight. So, unfortunately, its a bit hard to tell but they do have proven studies supporting their theories and we all know the rise of probiotics in our health lately, especially seen through all the yoghurt's at your local supermarket. TheraBreath products worked before so why wouldn't they now.

Unfortunately, my giveaway isn't for the probiotics but I do have a giveaway for the Lozenges that I absolutely love and am devastated that I am running out! These seriously work better than any gum or mint I've ever tried and I think I'm addicted to them...
