Happy April Fool's Day! I hope your day is filled with fun and good tricks. The following though are no tricks, just pure treats for Friday Fun-day! There are a great many movies that are coming out within the next few months and I am most certainly excited! In a short 2 weeks, Jungle Book comes out to theatres and I have to say I've been quite looking forward to the heart-pounding action that Disney will bring to the screen in this live action.
Check out interviews from the cast and filmmakers of Disney's The Jungle Book including Jon Favreau, Bill Murray, Lupita Nyong’o, Idris Elba, Sir Ben Kingsley and Scarlett Johansson. It's quite interesting to hear their take on the filming
I don't know about you but I like my sleep...Baloo and I have much in common.
The Jungle Book opens in theatres everywhere in 3D, RealD 3D, and IMAX 3D on April 15th.

Shortly after The Jungle Book, comes another highly anticipated Marvel film. Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War hits the big screens on May 6th and this is somewhat of an interesting dynamic. We see many of our Marvel Super Heroes choosing sides between Captain America and Iron Man. Ohhh, that is a difficult choice alright. Added to the mix and the teaser trailers is Spidey. What?! How did Spidey get into the mix? I suppose we'll have to watch and find out.
Who's side are you on? #TeamCap or #TeamIronMan?

Perhaps, as strange as it gets with Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter, and of course Tim Burton, May brings an alternate world via Alice Through the Looking Glass, in theaters May 27th. The star-studded cast of Johnny Depp, Anne Hathaway, Mia Wasikowska and Helena Bonham Carter brings Alice back to the whimsical Wonderland to save her friend, Mad Hatter.

June brings a calmer world in the therapeutic form of Disney Pixar's Finding Dory! Finding Dory swims into theatres on June 17th and it's all about Dory going on an adventure with her friends trying to discover the origins of how Dory became Dory. Ellen Degeneres is really too funny as Dory.

I had to save the best for last. Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy easily became one of my favorite movies ever when it came out, which was somewhat of a surprise, considering I never knew who the "Star-Lord" was prior to all of this. I know my Marvel characters and I was shocked to be so quickly attached to a movie about one that I was so unfamiliar with. So yes, I am psyched that the much expected sequel will be coming in the form of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, slated to be in theaters May 5, 2017. Production has begun in Georgia! Groot and Rocket returns! I'm so excited!

So, what's on your movie list to watch this month?
