Disney classics fans have yet another line of collectibles to rejoice about.  Walt Disney Records' has a newly launched Disney Music Emporium (DME) where fans can find collectible Disney music products and more. On DME, there'll be monthly guest column features, fun facts, and exclusive behind-the-scenes videos.

The latest collectible is the Into the Woods Bundle including the Deluxe Edition Soundtrack and score with music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and 10 character art prints. The magical fairy tales movie from Disney debuted in the big screens and is just as magical.
Into The Woods is Disney's modern and musical twist on several beloved fairy tales intertwined into one. What happens when Cinderella (Anna Kendrick), Little Red Riding Hood (Lilla Crawford), Jack and the Beanstalk (Daniel Huttlestone), and Rapunzel (MacKenzie Mauzy) are all brought together by fate, a Baker and his Wife (James Corden and Emily Blunt), their wish to begin a family and their cursed interaction with the Witch (Meryl Streep).
As you can see from these featurette with interviews from Golden Globe nominees Meryl Streep and Emily Blunt as well as Anna Kendrick, James Corden, Director Rob Marshall and Stephen Sondheim, the talent is extraordinary. To be able to sing, act, and make it work makes it magical and a fantastic soundtrack to own.
Speaking of fantastic soundtracks and collectable Disney musical collections though, Walt Disney Records The Legacy Collection is not to be missed. The Legacy is exactly what it means, it is a line that celebrates and embraces Disney classic films that have entertained our families for generations. The 25th anniversary release of The Legacy Collection The Little Mermaid has been truly artistic.

The Little Mermaid collection is a beautiful booklet and collectible piece that features the songs and score from the film by Oscar®-winning composer Alan Menken and lyricist Howard Ashman on Disc One, twelve work tapes and song demos performed by Alan Menken and Howard Ashman on Disc Two, and a collectible 20-page booklet.

Beautiful, magnificent, and everlasting are the words I'd use to describe this particular collection. Presented as a hardcover book, classic Disney sketches, liner notes by Alan Menken, John Musker (Co-writer, Director and Producer, “The Little Mermaid”), and Chris Montan (President of Walt Disney Music), it's hard not to see the magical inspiration behind the production of the classic's soundtrack so many years ago.Disc Two's song demos present familiar songs in their origins, their beginnings. Under The Sea has long been a favorite of mine and it was intriguing to see how it started and how it evolved to be the classic that we all know and love. My husband came home to me blasting Disc Two on our speakers.

The artwork for this particular album is one that comes from a familiar Disney visual development artist. I remember meeting Lorelay Bove during one of our Disney Wreck-It Ralph press events. Her talented creativity is what graces the CD cover and 20-page booklet. Not to worry though, the CD booklet also includes a sampling of the original visual development art from the film.
