"Mary Poppins", a classic 1964 movie and winner of five Academy Awards®, including Best Actress (Julie Andrews), Best Song (“Chim Chim Cher-ee”) and Best Visual Effects is back on Blu-ray Combo Pack! Who hasn't heard of Mary Poppins? The 50th Anniversary Edition has been digitally restored to bring this beautiful story into our homes once again.

“Practically Perfect In Every Way” Mary Poppins flies out of the windy London skies and into the home of two mischievous children. With the help of a carefree chimney sweep named Bert (Dick Van Dyke), the spirited nanny turns every chore into a game and every day into a "Jolly Holiday."

Included in this edition are multiple special features that include a Mary-Oke Sing Alongs of the classic Mary Poppins songs, A magical musical reunion featuring Julie Andrews, Dick Van Dyke and Richard Sherman, some of the original TV spots and more! This disc is jam-packed with goodies.

This whimsical movie is truly a timeless classic! The goofiness and magic that comes with Mary Poppins and BertHave you tried to sing Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious's amazing to see it spelt out, isn't it? Try it here, with a video. Sing along to Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious the the Mary-oke Bonus Feature!
I, in particular, love this next bonus clip: Quality to the Studio where Julie Andrews, Dick Van Dyke and Richard Sherman remember how kindly they were treated on this film. They're around a piano so expect a spoonful of singing and dancing! Pick up a copy of Mary Poppins today, it'd be a lovely stocking stuffer!
None of what we know of Mary Poppins would exist though, if Walt Disney didn't persevere like he did. In Disney's #SavingMrBanks, the untold backstory of how Mary Poppins came to the big screens gets revealed.
Inspired by true events, Saving Mr. Banks is a great story of the love of a father and a 20 year promise to his girls. Who would've known the extents and battles it took to get this production made. Better yet, who knew P.L. Travers’ father was a banker and was the basis for Mr. Banks, from Mary Poppins. Already in select theaters this weekend and in all theaters Dec 20th, Saving Mr. Banks is a wonderful follow up to Mary Poppins. Grab the free behind the scenes iBook.
