eShakti Fall #Fashion Fun #Fashionistaevents 09/30

I'm always on the hunt for dresses that can be worn to work and also out on a day in the city. Something functional, well put together, and gorgeous. eShakti had such a wide assortment of dresses that suited my needs that I had troubles deciding which one I wanted! Eventually, I narrowed it down to a style that I wouldn't normally choose.
Fall Dresses review
What do you think? I ordered the Vintage Graphic Print Knit Dress ($99.95). The SO told me it made me look more mature than my age. I thought it was cute! The material was nice and thick, which I appreciate when there's no inner lining to the dress. It would make for a nice, warm dress with fall coming up. Being red and black, it was relatively easy to pair shoes with. I was impressed with the details that went into this dress. The belt that needs to be unbuttoned before you can get it on, the scoop collar. The dress was feminine and stylish and get this, it had pockets! Pockets! It can also be machine washable!

My favorite part about eShakti, however, is that your clothing can be tailor-made and there are no additional charges. So, you're not the typical woman measurements. Duh, who is?! I have big hips so if you don't fit in their generic sizes, you can put in your measurements and have it made to fit you! You can also determine the sleeve type, neck type in certain dresses, and length of the dress. I loved how you could make it truly a dress unique for you.

My only issue with my dress, however, was that there was so much material and it was so thick, that the waistline where there was probably 4+ layers of material made it very hard to get the zipper up or down. I had to fight a good 10-15 minutes before I could zip and unzip myself. And no, it wasn't the kind of fight where a dress is too small and you're forcing it. I had lots of room but the material didn't give the zipper much room to maneuver. Other than that, the dress was a piece of art! Love it!

This dress looks darling on you! Hopefully the zipper will loosen up. I know I have had that trouble with dresses before. I love the color!

I really like the "Retro twill shirtdress" at eShakti. It's classic beauty and is simple yet elegant. I could wear that dress for so many different occasions. Love it.
