Easy Stirfry #Recipes with #HillshireFarm US 10/13

Hillshire Farm
Despite my lack of time, I have a love for cooking. There's nothing quite like freshly made, home food. Why? I control the amount of salt that goes in, which is none for the recipe I'm about to show you. I can create healthy meals just like that. ;) It may seem I've made myself out to be superwoman but you'll see just how easy it was.
Easy stirfry recipe, recipes, healthy
Ingredients:
-2 red bell peppers
-2 yellow bell peppers
-1 package Hillshire Farm Polska Kielbasa
-1 small red onion
-1 10 oz bag of spinach

Prep time: 5-10min, Cook time: 7 min
1) Cut the Hillshire Farm Polska Kielba sausage into slices.
2) Cut the red and yellow bell peppers into strips.
3) Dice the red onion.
4) On a medium heat, sautee the onions and sausage.
5) Add in the spinach and peppers. Cook for 5 minutes.

In about 15 minutes, I had myself a nice and easy stirfry. Most importantly, it was healthy. I didn't add in any additional oil or seasonings like salt to flavor my dish. The sausage itself had enough flavoring so the vegetables served to balance the flavor. The bell peppers added color and crunch, while offering the dish a bit of crisp sweetness. I love HIllshire Farm products and I can say with certainty that my SO does too. He always looks forward to the meals when I incorporate them into my dishes. They're so simple, easy and well, they go with pretty much anything. I've used them in the past for pasta sauces, omelets, and more. They're also great because they always have a decently long expiry date. When I pick a bunch up at the grocery store, I'm relieved to see that they won't expire for at least another month or two.

Recipe looks great-- and have done it here--we do have a lot of stir fry veggies-- and a lot of chicken for our meals--we try to exercise and use herbs instead of salts--and it is helping
