My favorite #history film of 2012...#Dreamworks #Lincoln

I now have a movie that depicts fascinating history in my own hands. Yes, it was interesting. Seemingly perfect was the trailer for War Horse as the preview to the movie. I bawled in War Horse, another moving film based off a true story. I actually bawled so much, people on the plane started staring at me wondering what was wrong. I bawled again when I watched it with the hubby. That just goes to say how much Steven Spielberg can move the soul.

The first thought that crosses one's mind when you think of Steven Spielberg's Lincoln is that it's a movie for history buffs. However, I beg to differ. Although, the film details Lincoln's life much like a documentary, there was something different about this film. Perhaps, it was the Disney magic.

Lincoln is this year's highly anticipated historical and political film directed by Steven Spielberg. From what we've seen so far, it's bound to be an emotionally gripping film. It almost seems suitably promoted during election time in the US as political trials and tests plague Lincoln as seen in the trailer below. Even in this 2 minute clip, I was moved to my very core at the trials President Lincoln faced and the triumphs that resulted. The making of history itself...

Okay, so there's been a lot of hype about this historical film featuring Daniel Day Lewis in Lincoln. However, all that had been released previously was the images.
