Okay, I know one of my New Year's resolutions for 2011 was to get back into shape. I kind of let myself go for the past several months and with the Christmas holidays, food was definitely more appetizing than working out. So, I am glad to start the new year by reviewing "Alpine Weight Loss Secrets" by Stefan Aschan, an Austrian native with a culinary arts degree, multiple certifications in fitness and a masters program in nutrition. As such, this book was made possible through the fusion of his own personal experience in Austria as well as his wide spectrum of expertise in fitness and nutrition.
Interestingly though, Alpine Weight Loss Secrets is not a book just on weight loss, its also about healthy living and natural ways to feel 5-20 years younger. In 11 chapters, you'll actually find it an easy read and not your typical diet book. Its was quite interesting to read the various chapters that guide you through mental preparation, strength training, and my favorite chapter, "A Flat Belly -Schnell (fast)!" I'm telling you, I definitely plan on trying this out.
|Need help with those New Year's|
Resolutions?? Look no further...here
is the encouragement and guidance
you've hoped for and wanted!
It doesn't force you to do anything, its not some crazy diet...just a healthier lifestyle that anyone could benefit from! I know its easy to think that well, I can do that myself, why get the book? Well, I can tell you that there are quite a few tricks in here that I never thought of or even knew of so its been quite the fun read. Overall, I would definitely recommend this for those of you who planned to be a newer, fitter, slimmer you this year. Its not only motivational but instructional but without the limits of the normal diet books.
Until next time,
