Since I've started Nutrisystem, I've cut back on a lot. However, I was craving a particular dessert recently. One that my mom always makes for me when I'm home. However, I wanted to modify it to keep it low in calories and fat but still scrumptiously smooth and silky. Here is my brainchild. This can also be done in less than 15 minutes.
