And so we start our journey with our favorite Hong Kong Michelin-rated eats. If you haven't heard yet, we've compiled a fantastic list of affordable, family-friendly Michelin eats for Hong Kong.

If there's anything the ones close to me know, I love to eat! I wouldn't classify myself as a food snob, however I enjoy good food, whether it's in a 3 Michelin star restaurant or in a rustic, down the alley, hole-in-the-wall restaurant. Eating and finding great places to eat is one of my favorite things to do on vacation. Things that have changed somewhat since having a child. As you know, some Michelin-starred restaurants are not as welcoming to young children. They each have different rules. However, the places that I'm planning to introduce to you in Hong Kong are all kid friendly. Let's put it this way. My less than 1 year old at the time joined my husband and I on every excursion! As some of you may have read last month, I finally had a rare opportunity to take a family vacation. It's been years since my brother was able to get some time off so it made this all the more special.

I usually stress over packing. I always worry about what to pack and if I've forgotten anything. It can take me anywhere from a full day to a couple days to pack. This time, I set a new record. It was the first time packing finished so quickly. My secret?
